Gmail:
- Fill in your Name and Last Name.
- Optional: Fill in your Job title
- Choose your office by selecting it in the drop-down menu. The address will be added automatically.
- Optional: Add another office by pressing “Select second office”.
- Press “COPY SIGNATURE”
- Go back to the Gmail inbox settings.
- Scroll down to the “Signature” section and delete the current signature.
- Paste the signature (CTRL+V or Command+V) you have copied from the HMTL file.
- Press “Save changes”.
Outlook:
- Fill in your Name and Last Name.
- Optional: Fill in your Job title
- Choose your office by selecting it in the drop-down menu. The address will be added automatically.
- Optional: Add another office by pressing “Select second office”.
- Press “COPY SIGNATURE”
- Go to signature settings.
- “Create a new signature”.
- Paste the signature (CTRL+V or Command+V).
- Select the created signature.
- Press “OK”.
