  2. Optional: Fill in your Job title.

  3. Choose your office by selecting it in the drop-down menu. The address will be added automatically.
  4. Optional: Add another office by pressing “Select second office”.
  5. Press “COPY SIGNATURE”
  6. Go back to the Gmail inbox settings.
  7. Scroll down to the “Signature” section and delete the current signature.
  8. Paste the signature (CTRL+V or Command+V) you have copied from the HMTL file.
  9. Press “Save changes”.
